The second annual 'Liquid Luxury Amateur Fortified Wine Show' is now accepting submissions. Do you think your blend has what it takes to impress some of the most respected fortified wine makers in the country? Select your categories, send in your submission and let us judge your fortified blend. 

The Liqlux Amateur Fortified Wine show is an annual event where barrel owners have the opportunity to showcase their fortified wine creations. A panel of wine professionals will taste and grade each home blend before crowning a winner in each category.

Each entry will access detailed notes and their wines' analysis to help them further improve. The winners in each category will receive bragging rights and some generous prize packages. 

Important Dates.
Cut off date for submissions: Friday 1st September.
Judging dates: Wednesday 11th September - Friday 13th September.
Winners announced: Friday 29th of September (to align with the Australian Fortified Wine Show) 

All entries to be posted to: LiqLux Wine Show: PO Box 15, Rutherglen, Victoria, 3685 - We recommend express shipping to ensure your entries arrive on time. 
All wine show entrants must send us 200ml of their wine for each entry. 

Entry Fee.
$10 per entry.
You may submit multiple entries and classes under the single-entry fee. This fee helps cover the costs of judges' time & analysis.
If you are planning on entering multiple entries e.g. A Muscat and a Tawny or two different Topaques etc. Please select the total number of entries in the drop-down box before clicking Buy Now. For example, if you are entering two Muscats in different categories your entry number will be 2.

Prizes: 

The winners of each category will receive a bottle of Rare Muscat or a bottle of Rare Topaque or a bottle of 1997 Stanton & Killeen Vintage Fortified (one of the best).
 
The overall winner with the best overall score across all categories will also receive a fortified wine blending experience at the Stanton & Killeen winery in Rutherglen for up to 4 people valued at $480.
