Got a barrel that needs a little direction? Sit down with one of Stanton & Killeen's winemakers for a personalised one-on-one session designed to get your blend back on track and on its way to greatness!

- Explore your current and goal flavour profile
- Blend up a tailored topping recommendation in the winemaker's lab
- Develop an easy plan forward on how to continue working towards your desired style
Whether you've a young barrel finding its feet or an old soul that's drifted a bit off course, we'll help you recalibrate and keep your blend ageing with purpose.
What to bring: Please bring approximately 250ml of your current fortified blend (don't stress if it's a little under or over)
This is a focused, winemaker session tailored to your barrel.
Bookings are essential and limited to 3 per week. One person per session.
