The Liqlux Amateur Fortified Wine show is an annual event where barrel owners have the opportunity to showcase their fortified wine creations. A panel of wine professionals will taste and grade each home blend before crowning a winner in each category.

Each entry will access detailed notes and recommendations from expert fortified wine makers to help you further improve. The winners in each category will receive bragging rights and some generous prizes! This year we're handing out ribbions for Gold, Top Gold and Trophy winners. 

This year is shaping up to be our biggest yet! 

Entry Fee.
1 - 4 entries = $25
5 - 6 entries = $35
6+ entries = $40

You may submit multiple entries and classes under the single-entry fee. This fee helps cover the costs of judges' time & prizes.

Important Dates.
Cutoff date for submissions: Wednesday 20th August
Judging dates: Monday 24th August - Wednesday 26th August.
Results emailed: Tuesday 15th September - you will be notified if your wine has gone up to the trophy tasting. 
Trophy winners and Best in Show announced: Wednesday 16th September

All entries to be posted to: LiqLux Wine Show: PO Box 15, Rutherglen, Victoria, 3685 - We recommend express shipping to ensure your entries arrive on time. 
All wine show entrants must send us 250ml of their wine for each entry. 

IMPORTANT: due to volume of entries our judges will only provide constructive feedback and recommendations. If you would like a full analysis on your sample (so2 levels, alc/vol, etc,) please include an additional 100ml sample in a separate container or bottle clearly marked ‘sample for analysis’
